1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ace97 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace97 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at ace97.app and its subdomains. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ace97 platform and close your account if one exists. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point of verification.
• Opening or operating more than one ace97 account simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies in betting markets. Any winnings derived from a clear technical error are void and will be removed from the account.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to wagering) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If the closure is a result of a breach, ace97 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

The support team will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
